The rental of the Pierce House includes an 8 hour rental (2 hour set up, 5 hour event, 1 hour breakdown). The house also has (1) One 8ft tables, (7) Seven 6ft tables, (2) Two 4ft Tables, 37 Maroon cloth folding chairs, 10 grey cloth folding chairs, 5 restrooms, WIFI, Parking, and assorted antique tables for your use. The Pierce House is a special events venue, hosting one event per day. Each client can personally customize their own unique experience!

If you wish to add additional time to your 8 hour rental, each hour can be rented at 10% of your rental fee. No additional hours can be rented past 9:00pm Sunday- Thursday and 10:00pm on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that during the Off Season, we do not have the tent. All events will take place exclusively inside the house and the grounds. There is a $300.00 Police Detail required when alcohol is being served, and a $350.00 cleaning fee.
