Plenty of onsite parking means teams can arrive together by chartered bus, simplifying the day for large groups.

A Built-in Rain Plan

New England weather can be unpredictable. Our tent is available on weekdays and weekends between late April and Early November.

High-Speed Wifi

The mansion has been updated with high-speed WiFi, making it easier to organize presentations and meetings, or keep an eye on things while you are away from your desk.

Pet Friendly Property

Four-legged colleagues are always welcome. As a pet-friendly venue, you are invited to extend your pet-policy for events here.

Space for Everyone

The mansion can accommodate 10 to 200 guests, with four interior rooms, a wraparound porch, a sprawling brick patio, and 30 acres of property.

  • Every rental includes 8 hours of event time, use of the house's interior and exterior, onsite restrooms, WiFi, and on-site parking.

  • Yes. The venue’s interior layout can accommodate business meetings and formal dinners. Please reach out to our director, Jenn Westlund, for more information about technology and AV support.

  • Yes. The Pierce House has a large parking lot suitable for chartered buses or multiple vehicles. There is no additional charge for parking.
