Payments

The Pierce House is owned and maintained by the Town of Lincoln. Rental payments are processed through City Hall Systems, a secure online payment platform built specifically for municipalities. It functions much like PayPal, but is tailored to towns and public institutions like ours.

Rental payments can be made online, by check, or by credit card. A small processing fee applies to online payments: $0.50 for an electronic check, or 3% for credit card. You'll always see the exact fee before your payment is finalized.
